The Doernbecher x Nike Air Max 270 ¡°Aiden Barber - Camoaa??is part of the 2018 Doernbecher Freestyle collection. The annual set of Nike sneakers designed by young patients at the Portland, Oregon children¡¯s hospital included this awesome look for the Air Max 270 in 2018. Designed by Aiden Barber, who was diagnosed with a brain vascular malformation in 2015, the Doernbecher Air Max 270 features a camouflage mesh upper with gold detailing, including the black-to-gold gradient from the midsole to the giant Air bubble in the heel. Aiden¡¯s personal motto, ¡°Always Believe,aa??is found on the upper. A graphic of his brain, complete with the small titanium plates that were implanted to help save his life, appears on the insoles. The limited edition Doernbecher x Nike Air Max 270 ¡°Aiden Barber - Camoaa??released in late 2018.
