The Kasina x Nike Air Max 1 ¡°Wong Ang - Orangeaa??is a collaboration between the South Korean based brand and Nike on a collection of colorways of the retro running shoe inspired by Wong Ang¡ªwhich means the unity of people in the Korean language. The two-shoe pack tells the story of the traditional Korean custom that involves Wong Ang Ducks, a set of carved wooden ducks given to newlywed couples. The shoe¡¯s design is complete with a combination of materials in orange, burgundy, blue, and teal on the upper. Specifically, a teal faux pony hair textile can be found on the eyelet panel and mid-panel. The mudguard is constructed in a split orange and burgundy hairy suede on the toe and forefoot, and on the heel, respectively. The hues of green and blue on the shoe¡¯s upper evoke the duck¡¯s natural surroundings.
