The Women¡¯s Air Jordan 8 ¡°Taxi¡± is a women¡¯s colorway of the vintage basketball shoe with a black-and-yellow design that¡¯s inspired by New York City taxi cabs. Debuted on the Air Jordan 12 back in the day, the ¡°Taxi¡± theme has been used on many Air Jordan shoes in a variety of styles over the years, and it enlivens Michael Jordan¡¯s eighth signature shoe in a spectacular way here. The upper is designed with a black leather construction with two criss-cross straps on the midfoot. The Jordan 8¡¯s signature heel counter is designed with a combination of black, Taxi, and Opti Yellow accents. Additional yellow detailing comes into play on the adjustable strap with tonal ¡°Air Jordan¡± branding on both sides of the shoe, on the chenille tongue patch, and on the forefoot and heel of the midsole.
