The specific inspiration for the Air Jordan 12 International Flight comes from Japan, where Jordan hosted a basketball clinic in Tokyo in 1996 with other NBA stars. For the event, he wore the original Air Jordan 12. Now the silhouette is transformed into this premium version, featuring a navy suede upper embossed with a graphic inspired by Japanese kimonos.
